Jamie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and joined Daoust Vukovich
LLP in January, 2006.
Jamie’s versatile real estate practice includes acting for commercial
retail, office and industrial landlords and tenants in a variety of
leasing and financing matters and facilitating purchases, sales and the
financing of commercial property. Jamie’s skill set also includes
handling the acquisition or sale of businesses, documenting corporate
activities, providing corporate governance advice and registering
business names and trade marks.
Prior to his call to the Bar, Jamie received his Juris Doctor from the
University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts
from Laurentian University in 2000.
Jamie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar
Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
