Ann Badon, Law Clerk
Mary Ann joined Daoust Vukovich LLP in 2000 as a legal assistant with
primary responsibilities of assisting lawyers and law clerks in
commercial leasing.
Mary Ann began her career in the legal profession in 1995 as a member of
the Legal Department at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited,
Canada’s largest commercial real estate developer, with primary
responsibilities of assisting senior law clerks in commercial leasing. In
December 1998, Mary Ann took on the position of Junior Leasing Paralegal
in which her main responsibilities included drafting and negotiating
leases for major shopping centres in Cadillac Fairview’s Canadian
portfolio.
Mary Ann pursued further studies and completed a law clerk course with
the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2002.
Mary Ann became a law clerk in April 2006. Her responsibilities include
drafting and negotiating leases and lease related documents.
