Pang, Law Clerk
Portia joined Daoust Vukovich LLP in 2000. Her primary focus is
commercial real estate transactions. Portia graduated from Hong Kong
Polytechnic and completed the law clerk associate level courses at Seneca
College, with Honours in corporate, estates and litigation. In 2004 she
received the LexisNexis Canada Award for Excellence in Estates. Portia is
an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Portia has over seven years of experience dealing with real estate
transactions. She assists in all aspects of commercial transactions
including drafting agreements of purchase and sale, conducting electronic
title searches and off-title due diligence searches, preparing electronic
documents for registration and preparation of all relevant documents
required for closing. She also conducts corporate searches, prepares and
files financing statements under the PPSA, prepares articles and notices
and arranges for filings under the Ontario Business Corporations Act,
Business Names Act and Corporations Information Act.
