Fu, Senior Law Clerk
Bitali joined the firm in August, 2003 as a Senior Law Clerk, with
primary responsibilities in commercial leasing. Her most recent position
was as Manager, Legal Services of CREIT Management Limited, where her
responsibilities encompassed negotiation and administration of documents
for office buildings, industrial properties and strip plazas in Ontario
as well as operational support and consulting services to the Ontario
Region team in all aspects of commercial lease matters.
Prior to joining CREIT, Bitali served as Legal Services Manager for TD
Investment Real Estate, the real estate arm of the TD Bank. At TD, Bitali
carried out lease negotiation, documentation, tracking and reporting for
the portfolio of the former realty assets of TD Realty and Truscan
Property Corporation. She also implemented and participated in the
company’s disposition programme.
Bitali’s Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto was
conferred in 1984.
